Founded in January 1994, Fujian Yongan Forestry (Group) Joint Stock Co., Ltd. is the first listed company in forestry industry in China, and has our shares publicly traded in Shenzhen Stock Exchange of China. Our company has 120 million RMB total assets, 1.21 billion square meters forest area and more than 2,000 employees. Laminate flooring and medium density fiberboard are the products of exemption from export inspection and with the certificate of product exemption from quality surveillance inspection. Till now, Yongan Forestry is the only company that has exemption from export inspection qualification of Medium Density Fiberboard and Laminate Flooring.
