SHENG CHUN TANG PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRIAL CO. , LTD
Was founded in 1982 in the Yuan Kang Industrial Area, Tainan, Taiwan. After finding the place, the founder began to build a GMP standard plant and provide training. In September 1988 the plant passed the GMP requirements set by the government. It was the first GMP manufacturer of western and Chinese medicine in Taiwan.
In order to develop high quality products, the company set up a Western Medicine R& D Department and a Chinese Medicine R& D Department as well as a Chinese medicine research center. The company has Chinese medicine hospitals and clinics in many places around Taiwan. The company has cooperated with a university. We combine our pharmacists, Chinese doctors in many hospitals and professors in medical schools to research and develop western medicine, concentrated Chinese medicine and organic health food. In 1991 the company set up a food department, mainly to make health food. At the end of 1996, we set up a cosmetic department.
At the beginning of 1998 we set up a detergent department. For more than ten years, we had developed and researched many products and they are on the market now. There are 40 kinds of western medicine, 200 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, 200 kinds of concentrated Chinese medicine and 10 kinds of health food. We are now doing research in developing Bio Technical, they will be on the market at the end of 1998. One way to guarantee the continous growth of our company is to continue doing R& D.
