Zhangjiagang Shengda Steel Rope Co., Ltd. specializes in producing bead wires which are the reinforcing materials of tyre. Our company is located in Zhangjiagang, enjoying a convenient location. Our company covers an area of 41,000 square meters with an architecture area of over 32,500 square meters, including a modern office building, standard manufacturing workshop and ample warehouse.

There are 225 staff members in our company, including 28 engineers and technical personnel with professional titles, 20 professional quality inspecting staff members and technical workers with more than 10 years' continuous experience, working at the key production positions.

Our company has computer-controlled fire heat treatment for acid phosphate production lines, frequency conversion control of back fire steel wire production lines and direct drawbench with non-twisting numerical control and other advanced production equipment, as well as a complete set of scientific physical and chemical testing facilities. Therefore, our production capacity of 0.78mm to 1.65mm series of bronze tempered steel amounts to 40,000 tons.
