1979, our company was established at Yung Kang City, Tainan Hsien, with the capital amount of NT$1,500,000 and 12 employees.
1983, Taipei Office was established (located at Fu Hsing S Road Sec.2).
1985, Long Feng 2nd Factory was built, occupying the land area of 50,000 square meters.
1986, Taipei Office was purchased (located at Min Sheng E Road Sec.5).
1987, Long Feng 3rd Factory was built, starting the production line of headlamps and purchasing the lamp tester from Japan; our products were officially exported to Japan's market.
1992, Our headlamps passed the SAE testing standard of Detroit Laboratory, U. S. A.
1993, We obtained the first DOT certificate issued by AAMVA of the U. S. A. ; our products were officially exported to American market.
1995, The new factory building of 240,000 square meters was completed. All the departments of the company were moved into the main factory to form an integrated operation line from product designing, mold making, injection molding, production and assembly, quality inspection, to delivery. There were 150 employees, and the domestic marketing department was established to sell products in the domestic market. We purchased the HP MINI computer to start the computerized system management and also set up the production line of fog lamps to produce high-quality universal fog lamps. We bought the photometric machine from the U. S. A. For testing car lamps, and set up the photometric laboratory to perform the overall photometric testing on our products; testing capacity: SAE & DOT, ECE standards. The research and technology department purchased the CADKEY designing software.
1996, We purchased the 3-dimensional testing machine and the CAD/CAM computerized designing equipment in order to be more precise and accurate in the research, development and designing of molds. We obtained the German TUV RHEINLAND E-MARK factory recognition certificate and adopted the ISO-9002 & QS-9000 quality systems in order to improve the product quality.
1998, In January, we obtained the German RW-TUV QS-9000 & ISO-9002 international quality certificates at the same time. Taipei Branch for the domestic marketing business was established to offer direct service to the customers in northern Taiwan.
1999, In February, we successfully passed the German RW-TUV annual QS- 9000 & ISO-9002 review again.
1999, In June, the new factory building of 32,000 square feet was completed. Additional new machines & equipments speed production growing. Whole factory occupy the land area of 360,000 square feet.
2000, In January, the all factory building was fired. All equipments, machines, process products & half-process products were burned out. Eagle-Eyes Company was disastrous. In March, Eagle Eyes Company rebuild completed. Adopted all new machines & equipments reproducing again. Resumed offering our products and service to customers. In August, Kaohsiung branch for the domestic marketing business was established to offer direct service to the customers in southern Taiwan.
2001, The production value had increased up to 50 percent than the previous year. By the way, the number of the employees has also added up to 270. Purchased the Thermo-Hygrometer and Rain-Resistant Tester and established the laboratory on September 17th to ensure the perfection of EAGLE EYES' products. On September 1st, the 42,000 square-feet warehouse was completed which was able to increase the amount of the inventory and shorten the shipping time. In December, the CNC processing factory was completed for integrating molds developing process vertically.
2002, We established the department of CAD/CAM.
2003, In January, the highly anticipated 150,000 Sq. Ft. Warehouse was completed. This warehouse will allow us to carry more inventory to provide our customers with the best service.
2005, In August, we become the members of CAPA.
2005, In September, we successfully passed the ISO-9001/2000. |
