People's Telecom Jamaica Ltd was established in July 2003 to take advantage of the opportunities that bacame available through the liberalization of the Jamaican Telecom's Industry. The company's offices are located in Jamaica, USA, Canada, Panama and Trinidad. Our head office is situated in New Kingston-the business hub of Jamaica at 57 Knutsford Boulevard.
We have over 15 calling cards throughout North America and Jamaica, ran our millionth minute in January 2004, have done over 200 million international minutes and was voted the Jamaican company of choice in the state of Florida. We were also awarded the Milestone Achievement Award of Excellence in Technology and Media by the Jamaica USA Chamber of Commerce (JAUSA) in 2006.
People's Telecom offers Wholesale A to Z VOIP Termination, IP Telephony solutions such as IPBXs and Video-Conferencing for the corporate customer and OneVoice our flate rate unlimited international calling solution. There is also a CDMA cellular solution that we have recently launched in Jamaica which offers the best international calling package in Jamaica today.
Our Call Centre Facilities provides customer service support for not only our calling cards but other carriers as well. We continue to develop our other facilities in the Caribbean which will be offering reliable high internet connections coupled with voice and other value added content in a cost effective and attractive package.
